3 calls from 866 469 1354 call back with personal I'D 194...  NO OTHER MESSAGE. Called them. Personal code didn't work. Depressed 0. Person came on line and gave her ID 121...  she checked sears Citicorp account. 0 balance. Saw date last payment. She said Citicorp has an automatic dialer (robo).  Said must have dialed wrong number (3 times)?  ???real or scam???

Received the same as Pat, Called number, Personal alert code did not work. Immediately called Citi bank and they have nothing on their end either so this may be a new scam of some sort that perfectly patch a Citi/Sears Card call.

Received a call from Sears Citibank card and they left an access code. I called the number and the code did not work. The operator wanted additional personal information. I told her no and hung up. I called Sears city bank and they said my account is fine.

I receive this call daily.  I've called the number and it did answer with Citi Corp.  They wanted my ss# and I told them no, that I would call the number on the back of my sears card and then speak to them.  Sears Citi card has no record of any calls to my number.  My account is fine,

This number is harassing my Grandparents they say they are looking for a Lynette Knox in regards to a Citi sears card.  When they call this number it asks them to

leave us in suspense, what did it ask them to do?

Received a call from (816)420-1012.  That number appeared on caller ID; however, the automated system asked that someone name Emelda call them back at (866) 469-1354.  They left a code but I didn't call them back because I believe it to be a scam.

Have received several calls from this number the last few days. No message and did not call back based on reading about this number being a scam phone number.

They called recently and left an automated message to call back about Citi Sears card account, which I don't have. They asked for a woman whose name I've never heard before. Said it "wasn't a sales call"... It's NOT Citi's service number. Strike 3.

Said caller was from. Sears Vita Bank. They were calling about my account..

Just got a call from this number.  so I goggled it and found this site.  I was on the phone with CS and lady asked me for personal information to verify my account.  I told her I wasn't going to give her any information since I didn't initiate the call.  She said I could call the number on the back of my card.  So I hung up.  Automated and agent sound legit but I don't trust anyone these days.  I haven't used my card in over a year so I can't possibly understand why they would be calling me.

Got the same call a lot,never called back tho my payment never got to Citi Bank I don't trust this call and won't reply

Got the "Toll Free" call this morning and a recording (female voice) said it was concerning a Sears card.  Then asked if I was so-and-so (name I never heard) and if so, Press 1; if not, Press 2.  I just stood and looked out the window while all this was repeated several times.  I finally deleted it.  It does sound quite professional doesn't it?
I DID have a Sears card and it was closed by me back in.....2005.  So their information seems stale and I'm not comfortable about  responding to a voice-recorded call out of the blue 14 years after the account was closed.  Smells fishy to me.  They can write me a letter.

I too keep getting these calls along with emails stating that I missed a payment which I never do. So I called Sears and they told me it's a scam that they never call and that they have been getting overwhelming amount of calls on this and they are trying to work on the problem.

Well what used to be a Citibank scam has now turned into a social security scam. Recording saying my number is being suspended etc, etc. it also says when I call back I have to give them the last 4 digits of my social so they can verify my number, um no!!!!

Received a text message from "frank" saying my debit card was locked.  Did not respond and reported to my bank.  Just out of curiosity used the card and it worked just fine!  When will someone figure out how to put these "low lifes" out of business!

called at 8:15am from Citi Bank wanting me to pay a bill that I thought I paid last month, a whole $14.42.          Went on line and paid.  Wife had signed up to have auto billing for Channel 13.  After a yr I canceled last month well before the end of the month, but one more charge still went through.  Besides their interest rate is 21.99%, that's after my wife asked for lower interest rate.  Put card in the drawer, will no longer use

This number 866-469-1354 always calling me that i contact in citi bank because i have owe in sears credit card.I was wondering why they always calling me that i have no owe already in sears because after i paid i didnt use the new card that they sent me or i didnt activate the card because seldom only i shopping in sears.
