The call came across as unknown. Mr. Harvest identify himself as an Amazon  on a record line. Then, he expressed I had an open account with Amazon and my order for an Apple Watch in the amount $1,279.00 will be shipping today. I needed to download www.anydesk.com application.  Once I was able download this application I noticed they had  taken control  of my cellphone and started to fish through my applications. This is when I started to realize I was being scam. I called Amazon directly to learn they would not have call me.

I received the same voicemail as others stating $1279.99 had been charged.  I immediately looked at my bank app and then I did search of this phone number on google to find this site.  What is really odd is yesterday we received an email saying someone had signed into our apple ID account out of CA yesterday and we live in the midwest.  We changed our password for that account just to be safe but I think it was just another scam to get us to call the number, etc.

Got the same call and assumed a scam. Then checked credit card only used for Amazon and found $1343 charge listed as AMZ Pay Home Services. Had bank remove it and asked for merchant info which was the Amazon WA number. Transferred tom a digital info dept, and guy said charge had nothing to do with Amazon. Three weeks later, Amazon freezes my acct. No explanation. Later Amazon looking into this as legit charge and wants me to pay! I forewarn that to phishing. Soon Amazon acct. specialist says they advised my bank this is fraud. After a week, though, my acct, is still frozen. Amazon seems to farm out its web security to a Clown Brigade.

This number calls me daily, 3 or 4 times. Caller ID says from Citibank. I checked the number, says it's a Scam. I don't answer calls from this number!
