I received this as well when I ordered Acai Berry.  I just got off the phone with customer service and they said that I clicked on a walmart gift card pop up and approved it.  I said if you call clicking the exit button on the pop up as approval you are crazy. Her name was Tonya and she cancelled whatever ficticious account they made for me and they are refunding my account and I should see the refund in 3-5 business days.  Lets hope this happens.  I have also reported them to the BBB

I did not receive a call from anyone, a charge of 16.95 appeared as a debit on my checking account on 12/31/2008 I tried calling, at first my call went into a voice mail stating "customer service", but no co. name, I've tried to call several more times and get a busy signal.

I had the same charges on my credit card and I didn't order anything from no one on line so how they got my CC number was a mystery in itself. I called my CC company and explained to them my situation, asked to have the charge taken off and then issue me a new card.

WOW! Can't believe I'm seeing all these complaints. Today when I got my VISA bill, I noticed two charges of $16.95. I absolutely never heard of Prime Time or Prime Time Savings, and was stunned to see it. I certainly did not authorize the charge. And when I called, I learned it was to be an ongoing charge, like I had joined a club or something. The Customer Service woman was willing to stop all further charges, but claimed she could not refund what was already charged since I had passed the 30 days since it started. How could that be, since I had not started anything??? And I just got my charge card to know anything about it. It's a scam. No doubt about it. She did give me the address to send my complaint, and I'll also be registering it with the Better Business Bureau. Jump on it quickly. Let's get the BBB after them.

I called and got the phone tree jack around and left two messages.  I also cancelled my credit card.  I never received anything from this company insofar as what their services are and will definately report this to the BBB.  ARRGGHH!

I had recieved the same charges and had reported to my credit card and they are going after them for me and u need to cancell your card and renew your #.Complaining to the BBB is a good choice to,I have no idea how they got my # to iam furious they can do this.Iam glad I have a good CC who will take care of it for me.Good luck and dont let them get away with it!!!!Tim

I also received a charge on my cc for 16.95, when i called the number and asked what service they provide, i was told that i "must have purchased something on the internet", i was never even told about a pop up, i too have disputed this charge and canceled my current card and will have to wait for a new one. I also reported to the BBB, this whole thing is scary that companies can get your info like this.

I also have a $16.95 bill on my credit card with the name PrimeTime. I have no idea what it's for and want the charge reversed. When I call this number I get a recording that doesn't make sense.

I was scammed by this but the went by a different name Fus Home Entertainment Group and it turned out to be Prime Time Savings A Entertaining Savings Company I got scammed thinking I was getting 200 dollars Walmart gift card for 10 dollars so I bought it and they told me that was to be enrolled in to programs A Home Assured and Entertainment for a free trial period of 10 days I lost track of time and they took out a combine 90 dollars out on me I went to the BBB A filed a complaint
