Please stop calling my phone I'm not interested in the wrap system. It's really annoying trying to sleep from 3rd shift and my phone ringing all day so don't call me anymore.

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

...My new office phone has some skeletons in it, including whomever at the end of this number... the number showed up every day since I got transferred to the office, at a rate of 10 calls per day, even on weekends. My boss is irate and has attached some kind of electronic gizmo that determines the exact location via algorithm... and worse about the calls, no one answers on the other end, and.. when unattended, leaves no voice message.

The call acutally came from 877-433-5001 & a woman left a voice mail saying they were calling for me, but had my maiden name, and asked me to return the call regarding Sam's club at 866-473-8547. I called this number from my work phone, and it is "Credit One Bank". I hung up before anyone could starting talking to me.

They call constantly I have paid off my bill almost a year ago, i double checked my credit report and called there office and my account is current and in good standing.  They are calling 30+ times a day, I feel as though it might be scam and its not really credit one bank, since they ask for my credit card number and name which i refuse to give.  When I call the number on the back of my card they assured me that my account is not in collections and never has been.

they are rude and continue to call every half hour all day long. I have told them I am at work and cant take calls and to leave a message and I will get back to them. No messages and they keep switching phone numbers calling from different area codes and numbers. I told them to send me proof of debt

This bank calls from 8am-8:59PM 7 days a week looking for my cousin. I have no idea were he is and I am not his secretary. I have not heard from him in more than 5 years. Apparently he gave my name as a contact. Never open a credit card with them because if you open an account and don't pay they will drive your contacts and every one that is listed as a relative or possible associate nuts. If I ever hear from Darius again Im gonna tell him off. Thanks Darius.

Have you sent them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter?  Have you filed complaints at the following Federal and State Agencies?  Have you consulted an attorney about suing them?

First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
List of State AG’s offices:   https://800notes.com/faq/attorney-general

Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

This number 866-473-4868 which is Credit One Bank are something. They will not stop calling. Many many times a day. Horrible people. I paid them just a week ago what I could afford. They will not allow anyone on consolidating their bill and get paid on a regular basis. No they like to torment and rarass people. I tried to put them into my consolidated bills but wouldn’t take it. I’m done.

I got a new phome just this past saturday, almost immediately i began receiving calls from this number. The times that i have picked up it is either silent or it is a person with an extremely nasally voice. They mumble a name so that i cannot understand and when i ask them to repeat themselves they hang up. It does not make sense that they are calling me because i am fifteen and only have a saving account. Im debating explaining this to them but i dont want them to know personal information about me.
