ANNOYING!

asked for my wife by name--no message

Called my cell phone (saw missed call) called back, and got an answering machine, but don't know who it is?!

No message left.  When my child answered they hung up.

At least 5 times a day I get phonecalls from this number.  When I answer, they hang up or I am automatically disconnected. When I call the number back, I get a voicemail asking me to leave my personal information. This call comes all day and all night.

Caller hesitated, and then woman whispered while speaking. I asked who was calling and she said Penn National Association of Social Workers.  I hung up on her. I called the number back and as the other posters noted, answering machine message said I had reached Customer Service (no company listed) and asked me to leave a message with my name and number.  I obviously did not.

Continually getting calls with no one on the other end.  This adds up to many minutes over time.

So who reads our posts to follow up?  I was hoping someone would pursue this, and not just use this website as a means of us venting to each other.

This # is the Wyndham Vacation Resorts.

Every blasted day they call--and hang up--and I'm on the Do Not Call list.  How are they getting away with this?

ok. so we get that they call and hang up. its the same in everyones story. know the question we all want answered is WHO IS THIS CALLER.

This is what I've been reduced to--picking up the phone, sticking out my tongue, making a big, loud, long raspberry, and hanging up.  I doubt if it will stop the calls, but, man, it felt good!

I just got this call today...and here's what I did.

I called the number back and got the same 'Customer Service, please leave a message'.  While the machine talked I hit '0' and I was transfered to extension 500.  A man answered the phone saying 'Call Center'.  I responded by saying 'Yes, I'd like to have my number removed from all of your call lists.'  He did not ask for my name, only the number they had called, which I supplied.  He apologized and said it would be removed.

I'll be waiting to see if I get another call from this number.

I've gotten calls from this number the last 2 days too.
