Automated call from "Optum RX" asking you to verify your information. It asked me to verify my DOB but I hung up because I do not and have never used Optum RX.

No one I recognize called 3x in past 3 days requesting a callback. I have no intention of returning call

Called at 10 am on 2/25, CID of "TOLL-FREE". They left a message to call back, regarding a prescription refill. Optum Rx is a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) for many major health plans, including many Blue Cross plans; they're the PBM for my insurance. They're probably trying to convert me to mail-order prescriptions, which is one of their cost-containment strategies.

This number has called 3x over the past few days. The message is the same as the other posters - asking me to call back and enter a 7 digit code. If they need me do do something, they can send it in the mail. This just reeks of "scam" and from what I can find, this number is not attached to OptumRx.

I have received (2) phone calls - from above number and I even called up
OptumRX and they said everything pertaining to my acc't. is fine and    to
ignore those calls.  They said, they "did not-t-t-t call me "  and is probably
a  scam & it has become very annoying and disturbing to me.

Receive calls on a daily basis from this number & it's getting to be very annoying! I do not have OptumRX for prescription refills. Will never pick up & I'll never call back. I just wished they'd keep calling me!

It’s Optum Rx. Ignored it enough that the finally sent me US mail. Think I'm not taking medicinem as expected. When they call and don't identify themselves before making me talk to a robot I don't have the time to wade through their phone tree.

OptiumRX is the prescription provider for my retirement plan but I’ll be darned if I’m giving my DOB to a robot.

I do use Optum RX for my RX plan through my company.  I called Optum RX customer service number from their site and the rep said they don't call and request a call back with a 7 digit code.

DID NOT say who It was and DID NOT say my Last name right, did not answer

SAME as above CID SAYS "Your Health Plan"?? & said my last name wrong and nothing else as to why they called did not answer it!!

AGAIN saME AS ABOVE did NOT say what Health plan!! grrrrrrrr

I have received several calls in the last week.  They do not ID themselves but want me to answer yes or no to my name.  Feels like a scam and I’m not playing!
