company has been billing to my AOL account

I am currently been billed $4.99 per month on my citi card card; several months ago back during the summer, I was able to make contact with a representative and she removed that charge.  All of a sudden you started billing me again, please help me resolve this problem.

Same here, had to close my credit card account.  Bogus charge, I am waiting to contact AOL billing.  If it were a true AOL charge, it will be listed as such.

credit card hit for 4.99 on a charge i never even heard of.
can't make phone contact either. am dealing with card company now.

This charge comes from AOL Products, it's sneaky. 30 day free trial but you have to cancel it or else they start to take payment from your account.
