Receiving same call the last couple of weeks, comes up as Scam Likely, last call they did leave a voice mail stating same as about "SSG and Associates!"

Called daily. Message: Savannah Mitchell with the hardship compliance office of SSG & Associates . We have been retained and are handling multiple infractions under your name and social security number. If you wish to try to settle this matter I strongly suggest you contact our office at 888-696-3356.

I received a call and voicemail along with my father and brother multiple times from SSG and Associates. They told me I had legal actions pending against me and I must call them back. When I called, I asked her to repeat her business name so that I could google it, so she did, and I said it shows you are a legal head hunter? No response. She then repeated my full name and social, scary. Ms. Miller said I owed a payday loan from 2015 and I must pay up. I said no I do not and my credit is frozen because my social security number was stolen. I have no loans out expect student loans so I know this is not correct. I continued to ask her what her address was so that my lawyer can get in touch with her and she hung up on me. What a scam and a way to get money out of unexpecting people. I have contacted a lawyer because it's not ok to do this to people and I also filed a complaint with the government and New York State.

Whomever this is is repeatedly calling my phone and I would like for this to STOP! I will be reporting them to the BBB

I received the same message at my work of employment. From SSG a Steven number was 1-833-431-2955

Just received a verbatim voice mail message (after the call was blocked as spam) with what previous visitors have posted. How is this scam still going on 4 years later?!!!

Called and said my full name and a number to call any one else get there name said 8334312955

Got exact same call from a 980 number at least once a day

Same thing here it's a scam
.It said I had violations with my ss # and date of birth. They couldn't even tell me the ss # and all .Wanted me to give it to them .He got angry when I ask him if he was on Crack. I'm not stupid.

Exact same Message, the new guys name is Steve Mckinley.

I have received two calls from this gentleman but he comes under a different name but the Kenneth is there I saved it on my phone and I'm going to turn it over to the better Business bureau and I suggest that maybe the rest of you guys go ahead and do the same thing because if this individual is scamming people and make it everybody freak out got to fight back because this is nothing but BS and can't let it stand later.

Just got a call from these scammers, left a message same as others have reported. Call showed up as 615-655-8113 and wanted me to call the 866 number. Said I had multiple violations instead of infractions.

I just received the same call, but this time he said his name was Steven McKinley, with the SSG & associates office, they're " handling several violations under your name & social security number " if you or your LEGAL team wants to contact us back to resolve these issues before we seek proper relief & consequences under jurisdiction at all" and then gave me their number to call back? He didnt sound like hes from a 3rd world country, & even said I should have my legal representative present when returning the call? If I was an old lady, rather than a 22 year old college student I'd actually be calling back thinking I did something wrong. Who even are these people? But also notice, they never once mentioned my name or these violations against me? My 1st sign of a scam, how do you know my social security number but not my legal name? If they were real, they'd send a letter not a phone call & they'd sure as hell know your name! Remember that! Legal representatives will NEVER call/text/ or email you!
