This is Transworld the debt collection company. If you live in Texas dont ever answer this call never talk to them. Just put the number in your contacts and there maybe up to 20 or so over a few months and use the word Tranass/or get a call blocker ap on your phone, best to have record who has been calling you and for you to know so you can keep tabs. If and when they file a Citation in your County  answer it with, it is not you and you know nothing about this in your response letter. You see they call you because they have nothing on you and every peep you make on the phone they are writing and recording they need you to talk DO NOT TALK TO THEM. For the record in the State of Texas over 95% of these cases are dismissed if your hire a lawyer wich does not really cost that much and most will work out a payment plan. If a court date is set show up and ask for their records indicating that they have any information that the person they seek is you. They will have nothing to show the judge except the contract that they have with a credit company that they represent. Case should be dismissed but they may file for other actions wich again they will lose. Hang tough show up and respond there is no way they can win even if it is your debt. God I love TEXAS.
