    Got a call from this number on my cell and my brother did to with the same message as J Boone.  Is this a SCAM?  I don't answer numbers I don't know and I have heard when you call numbers backthey can use my number as fraud.

     He was to call this 866-487-5482 number and had a case # to refer to.  Threaten to contact him at his residence, place of employment or any place else he might be found.
