- James| 8 repliesThey're calling me saying they're handling a claim of money I'm supposed to pay but I've already paid for and was scammed at another time. I've paid out $700 once and about $500 the other and both said the claim was done.
- Call type: Debt collector
- James replies to James| 4 repliesOn a further note. They've been doing this for 3 years now going on year 4 this year. Same time frame. The first was in October, 13' $500, again in February 14' , gave them the info, they stopped bothering me, March of last year, said they were legit and I was scammed the first time, $700 but nothing to prove they were the real thing as in the $500 incident, and now again today.

- Robyn| 1 replyReceived several calls from this #. Answered today. Female said they represented the original creditor, Vindt Enterprises LTD. I asked her to spell the name twice and she stammered both times. She said this was for a pay day loan from 2010 on an account that I no longer have. She had the last four digits of my SS #. She said I received $500.00 and didn't repay. I told her any loan I had from the past has been repaired and that I wasn't answering any more questions. I told her that I work for a law firm and would speak with my attorney and call her back. She spoke extremely fast trying to trip me up to agree to make payments, but I refused to answer any more questions. I will be filing a claim with the BBB and FTC!

- AJ replies to JamesYep, and the most disgusting part is you probably never owed anyone. They are so intimidating, and harrassing that you would pay just to get them to stop calling you. They are phishers and scammers...not only did you get intimidated, tricked and defrauded the first time by paying them, they now have your personal information. These folks once they have your number, will keep calling over and over hundreds of times....SCAMMERS! AVOID ANSWERING THESE CALLS! Don't know how people with these type jobs sleep at night.
- CarieThese people have been calling my cell & home phone for months. I just continue to block them and am up to 10 numbers now that they use. I get a break of about a week or two before they start calling again on a new number. I don't have any debt & I have never taken out a loan except for my car & home. What happened to people getting real jobs? I would think you would have to work harder on scamming people to give them your money rather to working a job where you just get paid? Scumbags!
- Jane wrightThey keep calling and asking for someone I don't know
- Caller: They donsa't y
- Erika| 1 replyThis phone number has called me and THREE of my family members so far claiming that I owe for a pay day loan I took out and they are trying to retrieve the funds through my Bank of America account. I have never taken out a pay day loan and I have never opened a Bank of America account. This is TOTAL SCAM. I am furious that not only are they contacting me illegally but they are reaching out to multiple family members. I have reported them to the FCC and FTC so far and I am researching every way I can report these SCUM BAGS.
- Caller: Claiming to be a company called "CAM"
- BillThis company is calling for someone other than me and, even after agreeing to take my number out of their system, continues to call. I have filed a formal complaint with the FCC, as I am on the Federal Do Not Call List.

- Sewing SusieI also get these calls - every day, multiple times per day from multiple numbers - some toll free and some that are local area codes. I don't answer and let it all go to voice mail. I did answer today because it was a local number and my husband is in the hospital. It was a real person asking for him about a pending litigation. I gave no information and declined to identify myself as his wife, finally hanging up after she asked for his cell number. Does she think I'm STUPID?? If someone was really litigating me, I'd have a certified/registered letter delivered with details. I agree - how do these people sleep at night? Must need to money to support their drug habits. We don't carry any debt and have never used a payday loan.

- Melissa| 1 replyI can't even describe how annoying/frustrating this is. This number has called me multiple times throughout the day for over a week. I had already knew this was a scam because I googled the phone number. So today I finally decided to humor these terrible people. The man on the phone proceeded to ask for the last four of my social before he could give me any information and I declined more than once that he would not get it. His next route was to ask for the first three now! and he will tell me my last four. I then told him I already knew that this was a scam and he would to try get money out of me. His answer was that many people lie on the internet about having "pay day " loans and that his company was "legit" because THEY DONT ASK FOR A LOT OF MONEY. Really?! cmon..... So I then gave him an option, he could either fax me a paper showing me where this so called debt is or mail it to me. This guy came up with his printers aren't working right now and that it would be much quicker over the phone. I then hung up.
I can't even believe that these people have these jobs. Its absolutely terrible that they are able to scare people into giving them money. Karma will come back for them one day.- Call type: Debt collector
- CraigDo not answer this is a scam!!!
- Caller: JCC
- Craig replies to Robert CarterThank you they are calling all day and even my family and work. Someone needs to make this stop!!!
- unknown replies to James| 1 replyI am so tired of this number as well... they have called me at work several times... I've told them that they are scam artists. they are taking me to court and garnish my wages....
They are from CAF.... They are changing the titles too many times. This is got to STOP! - MoonskiThese people have been calling for a week. He asked to verify my social security number. The last four digits were correct but I told him no that was incorrect. He then got flustered and mumbles that they would take my name off of the list and never call me again. Just deny it and say your name is something else.
