Called to offer Hotel rooms for a convention my company was exhibiting at, actually saved us over $2,000 since we had 15 employees going to the convention. Found out that they were not with the official housing for the show, but still managed to get us the same rooms that the official housing offered for a lot less. I will always check with them before I beleive the official housing has negotiated the best rate for us. Looks like the official housing is used just to make more money for the show. And not to look out for our best interest. Cant blame them for trying though.
