there was a charge on my bank statement for ($39.90 check card) and the phone # 1-866-503-4701w............i have no idea who or what this is.  please help.  thank you...............cynthia thibeault.......12/07/2007.  this was processed on 12/02/2007

I see a charge for 39.90 on my credit card too. I did not place any stupid order like this. Also, i am getting a bunch of other items i never ordered.

I called and spoke to a very helpful and courteous lady that I am confident will do as promised. Had to wait too long to speak to finally get through to her. This was triggered by my requsting an info pack.

I also called & spoke to a lady who said she would take the charge off my account.  I told her I asked for an info packet through Google & that I didn't want to order the cd's.  She claimed it was stated that it was a free 10 day trial & that it states in small print that you will be charged $39.90 after the trial period.  I told her to cancel it & reimburse my money & she said that she would?  We will see....

I hope you get your money back!  I did the same thing!  This is the last time I will request an info pack! Merry Christmas!
