Yep. Don't fall for it. Not a real private investigator or affiliated with any law enforcement agency. Do NOT be worried. Lowlife bill collectors.

Don't know how my cell phone number got into the hands of this caller.  Claimed to be "S Investigators," caller gave the name of Kelly Web.  There once was a "Do not call registry" that worked in this country when you entered your number. Now anyone can gain access to landline phones and cell phones easily. Clear to me why many of our high-profile citizens or celebraties choose to leave the country....simply ridiculous!!!

This person, Kelly Webb, is in violation of FCRA.   She will not give her number, or the addressas I have asked for it several times.  She claims to be representing a former debtor of mine and is not an authorized agent.  I know this because I am working with the debtor.  If I do get her information, I will be calling the police and/or suing her and her company for harassment, and unfair debt collection practices.  DO NOT CALL MY WORK AGAIN!

She's just doing her job. She's a very nice person once you get past her straight to the point attitude. At first I was very suspicious of her because she wouldn't give out any information, either but having spoken with her a few times, she's doing what she is supposed to do.

No, she's not doing her job, unless it's being a scammer.  If a debt collector calls you, they are legally obligated to give their name, company name, address and phone number.  This caller refuses to do this, which is in violation of the FDCPA.

This Kelly Webb has called my number and my 2 son's numbers as well, looking for the person whom we lease a home from.  This annoying and what I consider harassment by this company.  She then went on to tell me all of the confidential information regarding this individual and what she was trying to recover.  Seems to me that this company is breaching client confidentiality by revealing his personal business.  She stated that she retrieved mine and my son's phone numbers from some company that she paid to locate individuals linked to his/this address..Since I am not related to this person she should not have been so forthcoming with his information.  Hmmmm...... This is a violation fo the FDSCPA.  I am reporting them.
