Hi!

I got a phone call on my cell phone at 1:00 PM EST from 1-866-503-6027! It was a missed call, so always when I see a unknown number I search *the 1st 3 numbers* area code! So, I got into this site and I never saw it reported...I called the number back and it sounded like they said they were SCVD Sales and Support! I don't want to listen to the whole message when I call because, I'm worried that it's a telemarketer or something like that and it will have me pay a whole lot of money for like listening to it for a minute! So, I don't have that much info on it, but this is as much as a know!

Two calls reached me today from this number. The message was unclear beyond the repeating of a website www.scvd.net/refund - both calls reached me at 1530hrs: my home phone & my cell phone. Obviously, being on the do-not-call list being ignored, I was unable to recall any purpose for the contact. When pulling up the website, I discovered a form by some Verizon affiliate giving occasion for refunding monies on my bill.
As I am ultra leary about placing personal information online, I chose to wait for the letter in the mail, supposing there could possibly be a legitimate refund pending. Verizon is a reputable name; I was not convinced this form was the same.

This number came up on my credit card statement.  Turns out it was for a "Disney Enchanted Phone call" that I had ordered for my daughter's birthday that I had totally forgotten I had spent the $2.49 on...

Thank you for this. Bought this too... and was wondering what the heck this charge was for!

I have been getting billed on my T-Mobile that I didn't authorize, I called T-Mobile and they ask me if I had been getting texts that I didn't know anything about and I said yes they gave me a number to call and I called and I got a recording for me to leave my number and they would get back with me.I received a call a couple of day later and this number 866-503-6027 telling me to go to their website which is www.SCVD.net/refund to fill out a request for a refund for the charges. so I filled out the request and I submitted it ,then they gave me a fax number to fax my bill for proof the fax number were disconnected .the fax number is 661-455-3297
