2 years ago these people called wanting to do a survey. It quickly turned into harassment to the point of having to get caller ID to block their calls. I told them not to call me, that our number was on the Do Not Call list, and that I didn't want to talk to them. They would call as soon as I hung up on them. They'll let the phone ring and ring because they know you are home. They'll say "we only want to talk to you", even after repeatedly telling them I didn't want to tell them who my Health Insurance carrier was or my birth date. They say "we're not selling anything at this point, we just want to know who the diabetics are". They called everyday. So we paid extra to have 3rd party calls blocked and get caller ID. Now they are using toll free numbers, and probably many of them.
