called but no one on the phone

keeps calling and stating from WestPenn Allegheny Health System.
never been to one of there hospitals.

This number is a company that does follow-up on accounts for West Penn Alleghey Health.  They try to get information needed on accounts to process them.  It is a valid number and a valid company with a link to West Penn Allegheny.  Even if you have not been at one of the hospitals, it is a possible that a lab test was sent there from a physician office.  I got a call and had to find out if it was legit.  Hope this helps.

I had been getting constant calls from this number with hang ups.  I finally called it back; supposedly they have removed me from their call list because it was looking for someone who had formerly had the number. Very aggravating that they always hung up when I answered.

It's West Penn Allegheny.  Even though I'd never been there it was regarding lab work I had had done.  It's legit.  I thought my insurance covered my lab, but not all of it, so I owed like $20 bucks or something.
