My company is getting slammed by these fax telemarketer and I want to know how I can block them from making other calls to us.

This is a scam!  I called Bel Air hotel which is listed on www.mbhtt.com and the guy said he didnt think they were affliated with them.  he asked if I could email the website.  I got an email this morning from the hotel, and they told me they think this is a scam!  

My credit card company got my money back, and now that I think about it, I better get a new card with new numbers, perhaps www.mbhtt.com will do something else shady with my credit card number.

I got so tired of this stuff we put their number on our auto dailer and have been dialing them 1-866-504-1136 back non stop for days. something like 80 times per hr.  if we all do it at some point the spam faxes will stop

Got a fax on www.mbtth.com be very careful in doing this. It's very difficult in trying to book any of the properties. They will offer alternate ones of course at an extra fee which they never disclose in your purchase agreement. My suggestion is go thru a travel agent or try booking way in advance maybe you will get the property you want. They charge you $498 for two people great price then they add on $299 for the alternate property then the additional #99 pp for added taxes so you figure it out. Then you have to add airfare is this a good deal absolutely NOT!!!! Don't do it!!!

How did the CU get your money back? They don't tell you about the added fees?

it is a big scam. they took $402.00.from me. then wanted another $700.00 hopefuly my credit card company will be able to get the money back.

Call 720-246-1668 and tell them to disconnect 866-504-1136. They own this number.

Did you actually travel on 4/6?  How did it go?

I purchased a package send was sent over a confirmation number...I had problems with them so I continued to question the package. Now the number is disconnected. I just got scammed by these people. I am not sure what to do next. This really sucks....now I have to go home and tell the family that they got our money and we have no travel plans. Wow...this is a life lesson.

It is a Scam!! Beware of anyone who can't give you a clear answer to the name of their company and where they are based out of! Contact the resorts on their website directly- bet they have never heard of them!

Why hasn't the phone company blocked and canceled the phone service of this criminal spammer?

Royal Elite has the worst customer service ever known.. a timeshare membership shouldn’t being sold for the purpose of renting it out for a profit. it is not an investment. you should be able to do a research about the company before signing, if you are not allow to take a couple days to consider a purchase as big as a timeshare membership, you shouldn’t purchase it at all. This is another forum with more complaints made to Royal Elite timeshare sales tactics, we are not the only ones.. this needs to stop:
