    Called and told us our service would be shut off and to pay $1200!  When I inquired further, he hung up.  Did a quick search online and found this link and confirmed suspicion that it is a scam.  Wife was about to pay at CVS and luckily the clerk there knew about this and told her NOT to pay.  Thanks to him, we avoided a big mistake!
