Many calls from this number as well as 877-333-6305 all stating there from a prelegal dept of DC&Associates. All above numbers have differant callers, each call has someone differant to answer a phone why? Gary Long ext 211, a lady named Ms.White answers, no Gary Long, then a Mr.Segal and a Ms, White answers leave a message, Scammers i say!!!
They got my personal account in my bank, its a federal crime to do internet fraude and take funds from a bank when told not to.

I am getting phone calls at least 7 times a day from drake, clarke and associates (ie. Mr. Mitchell, Mr. Carson, Mr. Segal and Ms. Jones) They need to be stopped.  They are not legitimate and I owe them nothing.

Caled my best friend back home and told her to tell me to all. I called thhe number back and it would go straight to a weird voicemail.  They suddenly started calling my job today and the lady was rude and said she's going to get someone to serveme at my home and place of work. She said she had a copy of my signature, state license and bank info from a previous payday loan from 2005 or something.when I asked to get a copy sent to me, she told me no and that I an see it when I go to court. If you so called have my info..i have a rigt to it. Now one of my co-workers just gave me a fax they sent asking to verify my employment, rate of pay and so forth and the funny thing is it says "Hicks & Associates" for the business and then on top of the fax where it was faxed from says "Drake, Clarke A Associates" so which one is it! It's a total scam.

it seems like   dc and associates which is possibly   drake,clarke and associates are not a true company when i sent an e mail to them, their e mails comes back with one name and the on the bottom of the e mail  is another name  that don't even match the person who is listed above in the e mail  bar above be aware !  it sounds lik a scam

drake clarke and associates has done the same thing to me and they are telling me i owe a client a substantial amount of money which i know for a fact i do not owe and i certainly did not take out any loans.. they just want to get your money to stay in operation

you know drake clarke and associates?  i know them too  they have done the same thing to me  about a loan  i took which i never did  and owe a client and you know i will not fall for them anymore or even answer their calls  they are nothing more than a big  white scam!  and you  are right they are scammers !

The number was 877-404-4780 saying complaints were filed and I need to contact them. I believe this to be a scam the number that showed up on my phone was 214-393-9971. I don't know anyone in Dallas Texas
