received a call from this number.  I have no idea who it is, or what they want.  It was a recording asking to "please hold" then disconnected.

We are getting the same call -  I believe it's a collection agency.

I've been getting harassing phone calls from these people for several months.  They always use a different phone number and sometimes leave a message.  Today I told the person who called that I would report them to our state attorney general's office if they called one more time.  These kinds of people should be put out of business!

Got a call from this number today. Gave it a call back and said it was Phillips and Cowen Associates. A debt collector.

This number will call your number to see if it`s working, will sell working numbers to telemarketers. Don`t answer or call back. They use bogus company names.
