    Rec'd Call yesterday from another 800 number - said please hold (all agents unavailable) and after 45 seconds it said please call 866-504-7151 (no idea what about)

    Rec'd call today from 866-504-7151 said something about if you are the person handling affairs of someone to please hold and then come back and say all agents unavailable  and after a few seconds then say please call 866-504-7151. I don't know who these people are.

    They are Phillips and Cohen DEBT COLLECTORS.  I read that they try and intimidate people by saying they are lawyers when they are not and trying to collect on money that may not even be owed. Be weary of these people. They call me too from the number: 1-866-504-7151 and I never answer.
