I got the same call and was given the exact same reference number as you!

I received the same call from the same lady on 2 different days, on the first message she said her name was Laurie Robbins, and on the second message her name was Jessica Peterson, the voice was the same :-/

Got the same exact call from same person referencing same info on student loan payments, gave same reference number and return phone call  Scam artist.  did not return the call to Lori Robins

Asked me to call referencing student loan changes and payment options. I’ve never taken out student loans

Had same exact message in our home # from a town close to where I live in PA, had same exact ref # you also received, Seb.  I called the # .  A young man and we're and quickly blurted out if I wanted to know about loan forgiveness.  I said I wasn't sure that that applied at this point. ( Did not share that this would be for our daughter who's only been in college 1/2 a yr so far).  He quickly said ok and quickly hung up.  I did get put on hold and no reference to the business I was talking with.

Call was from a lady called Lauren Robbins saying that I had an outstanding student loan and that the payments have changed

Received same message twice now from Laurie Robbins regarding student loans 😆 I’ve been out of school for 33 years.

Who the heck is Laurie Robbins - has called twice now leaving message about my student loan.  I don't have one!  This is very annoying.

she left me the same reference number. SCAM!!!

Got the same call 2 days in a row with different phone numbers (866-281-7117 & 866-504-8668) with two different loan reference numbers. This has to be a scam!

Don't hit a number to get your name off their list.  It just proves you do exist and you'll get more calls.  Many, many people have been getting the variety of calls, different names, different reference numbers.  We have gotten several.  We are long retired and have not ever had student loans.  I looked up one of the callback numbers and it was ADT Wireless Security System.  Minimal info on the page, so guessing all the questions where to see if they could sell you a system.  Don't know for sure, but certainly is suspicious!

I've gotten 3 calls and she always uses the same name Lori, but the call back and reference number change.

I have received two messages on my cellphone from this number.  The message is from Lori Robbins with reference number 010601 regarding my student loans and changes. I have never had students loans.

I received same message (no company name given) and same reference number.

I got the same call, same name, same call back number and even same reference number. However, I also got the same chick calling from all different area codes, states, reference numbers, and different call back numbers amd changed the name a couple times. And the sill was the exact same each time. With no company ever mentioned. This is definitely a scam.

Called the number back. Pressed 1 for current student and received "You are not eligible for our program. Your number will be removed from our list". Next time I pressed 2 for loans under $10,000....same message as pressing 1. Pressed 3 for loans over $10,000....got through...told them Laurie/Lori Robbins called with reference # 01012. Agent told me Laurie/Lori was busy and asked if it was with regard to repayment structure to a student loan. I told her we don't have any loans. She said she would remove us from the call list and hung up. Called back three times and pressed 3 ...there was a brief second of call center noise and hangup each time.
