    Looks like a scam to me.  I didnt call

    Got the same mailer.  Definitely looks like a scam since there is no business name and no brand name for this "Touch pad".  Do not call!

    I just called the number and it is a promotional offer being given to residents with high electrical bills in attempts to lure you to a seminar to purchase their product....Solar panels.
