866-512-8448

called me at work

My credit card was billed $15.00 from this number. Description of transaction was  EQF*TALX CORPORATION  MO  866-512-8448.  I called credit card company and they took off the charge and told me if I wanted to know anything about it to call that number back. I did not call it back because I didn't call it to begin with, and do not know how they got my credit card number.

I now know why the charge was made on my credit card. I was purchasing a copy of my 2011 w-2's at a website called w-2 express and it cost $15.00. Current year tax forms are free, but earlier year's cost $15. I guess it goes through equifax.

Thank you! That helped a lot. I thought it was a fraudulent transaction on my card.

You all have took a huge weight off my shoulders today, completely forgot I purchased a copy of my taxes today.

Thank you !! I forgot as well that I ordered copies of W-2s from past years.
