Kayla D'Angelo, says they are calling about a pending claim and wants the social security number and other information, or it is being send off to legal for further action. ROBO-Call and scammer in my opinion. I do not have any debts.

Yes they just called a left a message saying my name and social is attached to a claim.

umm i just paid a debt off through this company.. scam? i called the company i owed and they even referred me back here... can someone please help me with this?

Who is "this company"?  Why has no one stated a company name?  Did they follow the letter of the law when collecting?  Why did you call the original creditor when it is not your responsibility to call them?

Well looks like you outed yourself as a troll.  I never said anything about not paying a bill but with your lack of intelligence can see that you did not under stand that.  "Paid in full letter" ?  Yep, scam outfit for sure.  You should go back to school (or should I spell it Skool for you to understand it) and learn proper English as no one likes to read posts written by a 2nd grade student (is that giving you a lot of credit?).

Left a message said she was Kayla from GWA pre vehicle department?   Had a claim with my name(didn’t say my name) attached to it.  And wanted to speak to us before it went to the attorneys office.   Hahaha.  What the hell.  I have 4 cars all paid for never.  They haven’t been in any incidents.  What is GWA.  Not any cars I have.   Crazy bull.  Scam scam.  Please people don’t give any info out to people who call you.

I got a call saying (this is copped straight from my voicemail transcript)
“This is Kayla _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ the Prius all department _⁠_ GW eight calling today in regards to a pending claim her name and Social Security number we are hoping to speak with _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ this is process our office um give us a call back as soon as possible at 866-512-8463…”

Again they think I’m stupid! I was home “sick” that day waiting. Of course no one came to my door.

“Just press one thank you this call is from the Department of social security administration the reason you have received his phone call from our department is to inform you that we just suspend your Social Security number because we found some suspicious activity so if you want to know about this case just press one thank you…”
