This is spam or a scam: The voicemail I had was cut off (probably because it's a recorded voice), and the person identified himself as officer James Morrison. I was instructed to call back or to have my "attorney" respond. The voice itself had an Indian accent.

Same thing is happening to me from this same number he won't stop calling. It's not an automated voice though.. I answered the phone and screamed at the guy saying I know he's a scammer and told him the Cops are now involved!  Even after that he's still called me and left 3 messages with the same story.. Seems he's not getting the hint to stop calling.

This person kept calling me and left numerous messages saying if I didn’t give him my sin number and home addresss that he would come arrest me.

I have received the call 1 866 512 8757, and the caller was telling me something about the court. Due to the caller speaking to fast, I wasn't able to comprehend what's going on and at the same time it really frightened me. So I researched about this phone number, and it turned out that I wasn't only one to receive that call, and that number was a spam.

I keep getting these calls.  The man sounds Asian - Chinese , same message re attorney and good luck to you if you don't return my calls.  About court issue re forgery, etc.  I have no idea what he's talking about.  I did call, same person answered, but he said another name, he gave me an ID number to refer to. I told him Canada doesn't have attorneys.  Scam.
