i keep getting this phone call and i answer it and no one seems to be on the other end how do i block this number i'm afraid they are going to rob us

I also call back and get no reply or anything just silence

and an operator saying all circuits are busy please try again later ov2

This number has been calling me for days, same results as everyone else, I am on the no call list too!

It is someone trying to get you to sign up for a school.  If you have filled out a job application an application may also have been sent that you are interested in going back to school.

Called cell, left no message.  Called home phone, immediately after, left no message.
Number comes up on internet as an Attorney; Yurbin Velasquez...

To Whom It May Concern;  This is the 3rd phone call from this number, today is Monday July 17th
I also received a call on Fri. twice from this number. On Monday the caller said his name was Anthony
and he had my full name, my e-mail address, and of course my telephone #. I asked him what this was
about, he said I filled out a form to further my education, but when I told him I was 65 years old he had
no answer for me.  If anybody knows the name of this company I would love to have it.

Yes I have been receiving these same abnoxious phone calls and I have limited amount of minutes on my phone, how annoying.

This is correct. I called back and got a name and that they're in flordia. Keep calling if you want more info, they pick up eventually..

This number has been calling me for weeks with no voicemail.  Finally called it back.  Company is called Higher Learning and their goal is to match people to institutions for higher education.  I have no idea how I got on the list considering I am not and do not plan on going back to school. No, I have never completed a form or responded to a questionnaire indicating any interest either.  My only theory is that one of the job sites I have been using sold my information.  When I spoke with a rep, I asked them to remove me from this list.

I just got the call and I'm sure they got my number from employmentguide.com.  I was just at their site a few hours ago and had to provide my telephone number to see a job post.  That was the first time a site ever required me to provide a number.

I have received a total of 9 calls from this number in the past week. does anyone know who the company is?

I filled out an unemployment form and somehow they got my number. I've gotten probably 20 calls from them. The first few I said I didn't want to go back to college and erase my number. After 5 more of those calls I asked to speak to supervisor told him what had been happening in a nice way. He told me he personally would take care of removing my name. What do you know three days later I get a call. I asked immediately to speak to supervisor and said remove my name or I will report you to the BBB. He said he would try. I said your not gonna try ur gonna do it and if I receive another call it wont be pretty. A holes

They just called me at 8:30 am on LABOR DAY! Wow...talk about RUDE.

They called and I missed it. They left a VM asking for me and hung-up. Then I called back and it was elevator music. And no one answered and after 1 min on hold it hung up.

Just received a call from this number. I called the number back and when someone answered I did what they do to me, I hung up on them.

This is an idiot salesperson for "higher learning".  I got lucky when I called back and someone WHO HAD NO HIGHER LEARNING answered.  They call 3 to 4 times a day.

The unemployed idiot named "Luan" who used to have my work cell number has obviously been submitting unemployment and/or education applications using this number, which she no longer owns! I've also received several collection agency calls looking for this same person. I hope I never meet her in person, because I will slap the crap out of this loser deadbeat!
