I called the 8665191299 they said they were national action resolution service collecting on a bad check from 2018 at the Dollar General for $78.39 and now owe $389 .I requested proof ..we will see if it exists .

Also didn't disclose the disclosure  mini Miranda saying they were debt collection agency so I don't think it's legit

I cannot find any company by that name.  Everything else you need to know has already been posted.

Called saying I owe something on a loan and they wanted to setup a repayment to settle out of court. Told her sorry lady I am not taking your word for it, show me documents that I signed for this "loan" and then she said she note of my refusal to pay and hung up. Nice try though! LOL

Same keeps happening to me but weirdly it’s always a different number calling about retaining the same person but someone I completely don’t know: Joseph Valles. Not me or anyone and they’ve texted me saying they’re from NARG
