Received 2 calls this morning but did not recognize and did not answer

Called twice before nine o'clock. No message. I've saved this number to my caller ID under "scam" so if they call again I'll know to ignore it, or answer the call and repeatedly press the # key to signal the robo dialer that it's a nonworking number.

I received a call from this # to my cell phone at 8:05 am.  No message, so have blocked this #, thanks to Sprint.

Left a message about web.com and needing to update our listing. Nope... this is a scam.

Legitimate company (Web.com) calling about my current, monthly web-hosting services I initiated. *My credit card recently changed and subsequently, the card I had on file no longer worked. This month's web services payment did not go through and the representative called to notify me. My account information was verified by the representative. I was provided the option to pay via phone or by logging on to my account at Web.com, which I did. Legitimate business.

this number called repeatedly everyday for a week. claims to be web.com. claims that i have a problem with my account!  i did not call it to see what it really was....not that dumb! couldn't find this number on the web.com site.

Nope. This is a scam. They claim to be from web.com, but the phone number is not associated with web.com. Call web.com's legitimate customer service number at 800-862-8921.

866-528-0065 is a Web.com Billing & Collections number. Used when a bill is late or not on auto-pay.

Scam. Claimed our automated payment did not go through for our website. Used incorrect website name, but did enough research to specify business owner or representatives.

It's a scam.
I had an account with web.com 4 years ago that had lapsed but I noticed recently that new charges were being made to my checking account.  I called the web.com number I found online 877-558-9487 and the representative could not find any information about charges to my account so I reported this as a scam to my bank and cancelled my card and they issued a new one.  A week later I get a call from this new number reporting that a payment did not go through so I called it back thinking maybe I can get this resolved.  I spoke with "Eric" who asked me for my password so he could validate my account.  Huge red flag: never ever ever give out your password!  Even if the business is 100% legit they should still NEVER ask for your account password!  I told them I know they are not legit and we are done with this conversation.

I had to call these 2 numbers who had taken money out of my checking account. They said I had authorized it which I did for one, I tried to order a vacuum cleaner that was only for 5.00, a shipping fee only.
The company took out more money that I didn't authorize. Now another fee was taken out for something else. I did not authorize it.
I called customer service and they said they will refund me 50% of what they took. Hope this doesn't happen again.

You seriously thought that you could get a vacuum for $5?  I bet that you did not read the terms of the sale.  50% ?  I doubt that you will get that but I would have gone for 100% by contacting my bank.  Especially since those recurring charges are going to happen again and again and again.
