Answered a call from this number at the office I'm a gatekeeper for. "Kristina" from "Personal Concepts" asked for our former HR director who has been gone several years. When informed of this, "Kristina" asked for accounts payable re: an open invoice. I transferred her, informing the accounting rep that the caller had asked for a former employee before requesting accounting. She, like me, figured this was a scam - especially since the caller ID said "800 service" instead of "Personal Concepts".

UPDATE: Personnel Concepts is one of those scammers who send out OSHA & similar posters that you can get for free. They called trying to get us to pay for unwanted & unrequested items that are currently being sent back to them.

They want $197.00 for posters. I thought they were required by the state to have them as a business. They are not. I canceled my card & ordered a new one. They still call. Dumb scammers. Get a real job.

SCAM! I'm beyond frustrated for not finding out sooner! We have been getting posters for 3years now from them. This last time I got very sketchy because the representative sounded way too pushy after I told her I would have to get with the owner due to the prize being so high! She some how got the owners phone number and called him directly and told him I provided her with his contact info which is a complete lie knowing the owner does not give us that permission. I receive an invoice for $434.44 via email looking very sketchy and sent to the wrong email. I decided to look up reviews and I saw one in particular talking about contacting osha, I went ahead and called them myself. Yes, the posters are FREE, they provided the link for me to get them! Personnel concepts have been scamming our company for 3yrs for about $2200! I called them to put a stop to it and they said absolutely nothing other than to cancel our account. So disappointed!

I keep getting the same calls (from Personal Concepts)! I freaked out on them saying I didn't need this and wasn't ordering, they threatened to report it for debt collection so I told them I'd pay to avoid that. But after reading this thread - I'm standing my grounds. So THANK YOU for saving me from paying for something I didn't want to pay for to begin with.

Called to say we had a past due invoice on posters that were sent.  We told them not to send them in December and they sent them in January, expecting payment. I asked them to send me the "invoice" and the invoice had a $0 balance due. I told them not to ever call again and they called the following day.

This firm contacted my receptionist and spoke very quickly confirming the business name and address and asking her for her name.  She gave it and he said you are required to gave these posters in your business and they are free. He then calls her back weeks later and demands payment.  I called him, his name is manny at 866-529-7233 and said you can have the posters back, this is misleading. he would not accept no for answer.  Will also report then to the state of Florida

These people are trying to scam us as well. We ordered posters from another company and they called trying to "upsell" us to additional posters. I told them No and now they keep saying they mailed us a poster and that we owe them money. Not only have we not received a poster, I've told them several times that we did not order one and would not bother sending back what we did not order, if it ever shows up.

You can download and print those posters yourself for free from the relevant Federal and State Agencies.

This company sells labor law posters to the company I work for. I received a call from this number because our invoice was past due. I complained about the price and they gave us a discount. I don't like that this company has pushy sales people, but I also don't want to have to research all of the posters we need. So next time we will just order the basic set of posters and not the large bundle.

Yeah, it takes a whole 3 minutes or less to get those forms.  I can see how you wouldn't have had time to do that.

They say time is money so apparently those 3 minutes she would have to spend looking cost more than the posters.

Probably wouldn't have taken that long since she already had the posters and would have known where to find the free ones and print them out.

This was a call from Personnel Concepts, a company that provides labor law posters and that sort of thing. We had a past-due invoice

Seems to be a scam company located in Florida (maybe).
