Called several times.  Did not answer and left no message.  Caller is blocked now.

Merrick bank calling about past due bill for someone using my phone number. No idea

Phone call Sat Oct. 10, 2018 4pm PST. Caller had the opportunity to leave a voicemail message but chose to hang up instead. I'm on the Do Not Call List but keep getting calls despite this plus phone calls after 9pm PST despite this being unlawful as well.

Stop expecting scammers to care about the DNC when they're already breaking laws

I blocked this caller. Yet, for some reason they continue to call.

Screened/blocked; no message.

Keep getting calls from this number, but have no debt....

Unknown caller ; Individual Identified herself as Jennifer Still working for the State of California fraud investigation. Advised to call her back at this number (866) 529 2970. so that she will not file sue me.

Called me after 9:30pm. I am recovering from surgery and was sound asleep.  I didn't answer as I didn't know the number.  They didn't leave a message.

Probably because they realized that you were recovering and asleep although most people in that situation would have simply turned their phone off so that they wouldn't be disturbed.

Calls all the time.  I understand it is from Merrick Bank.  I have never had dealings with that bank. Never heard of them until they started calling (but not leaving a message) and I looked up the number.  I will block them.
