866-531-3211; Rec'd call today and two days ago; No voice mail on the first call, second call went to voice mail like the caller was distracted and didn't hang up right a way, nothing said, but heard background noise like people talking. This lasted about 2 seconds then the caller hung up. Possibly a call center of some kind.  "Guess what caller, you are now blocked".  I guess now you will have to spend the 49 cents to mail me a letter.  Have a good life.

Call today no message. Call number back recording comes on saying this number is not taking a phone calls at this time

This number called me three times. Ince at 6am. Called them back and they spoke Spanish. They kept transferring me, over three times and I finally said who is this? Stop calling me! I don't want to be transferred.

Annoying.

Called and and started speaking Spanish. I had to yell I don't speak Spanish as the girl was speaking fast and loud that I only spoke English and to talk in a my language. She said someting in Spanish and a man got on and in broken English asked if a Penny Garcia was there and I told him he had the wrong number and he apologized and hung up. This was 8:00 A.M.

Called almost every day for the past 10 days.  No messages, except once the caller stayed on the line longer, and left the background noise.  Finally, I blocked it today.

Why is this number calling us at 639AM

these guys have spam or scam skills that suck. they leave no msg when you dont answer, they dont answer when you call back, and they hang up as soon as you answer if you do...I think they are missing the whole point of what they're trying to do...

Sounds as if they're trying to get someone to answer to see if its a valid number.
