    Called w/info regarding 6.9 interest rate on credit card (plus assuming current credit card balances).  Name given was Chet Douglas.  Also someone named Bryan gave me badge number 6048.  Weird stuff!!

    I had Bryan with the same badge# call me too. Can't find any info on web to see if they are legtimate.

    I called back and canceled this and now when I call no one by that name works there. I have been taken and have called my credit card to block this tranaction. I called and left 4 messages too. All with in the time of canelation time.

    Got a call today, I was able to end the call before doing something stupid because I search on the internet as I was talking to them and ended the conversation thanks to these postings.

    they took me also, same guy Bryan badge #6098 talked to me. when I tried to call back, they had never heard of Bryan also gave me 2 customer services #'s  same girl answered both #'s  beware!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    I regularly get calls from "Client Services" or "Consumer Services" and the reps tell me that my "credit card account qualifies for a lower interest rate," and twice they've told me specifically that Citibank (or whatever bank I name) has referred by account to them.  They give you 866-531-9324 as a main number when you complain, ask to be put on a no call list, or anything that deviates from their script.  

    When you call 866-531-9324 the number always goes to voicemail.  And they keep calling me back every few weeks.  How can an operation like this avoid federal Do-Not-Call laws and scam laws and stay in business?  Amazes me.  They lie and lie on the phone ("We work with your bank," "Banks referred your account to us," etc.).

    They called my wife on Jan 7. with their scheme, she accepted and they promptly debited my credit card. After she explained what she did, I called back and cancelled the service and was told that the funds would be credited within 10 days, its now April 16 and no refund yet, and I've called and talked to "Lee" and several others who said that my claim was in the accounting dept. under review.  Can't get anyone to give a straight answer. This is definitly a scam, we were just unfortunate to get caught.  Filed a complaint with the BBB in Central Florida, to no avail.

    I too was called and promised all debts would be cleared,  I am a elder person and they made all the promise telling me I could cancel next day. Right no refund and yes they charge my citicard so i did a dispute on it with credit card company. The number they used to credit card co was a cell phone that the woman said she had already got 3 phone call for the same people because I could not get a answer from anyone about a refund.  my Credit card put the amount of 690.00 plus interest back on my card. Meanwhile I am still paying for these people

    Received this call as well.  They've called everyday for 10 days- never had answered since I didn't recognize the number.  My caller ID lists different names with the same phone number.  Yesterday, another call came thru. showing as "INTL CALL".  I picked it up to see what the call was.  They identified themselves as Consumer Services (fishy name btw).  The guy (identified himself very quickly & wouldn't give me his name again) ran thru his script of how my credit was so great my credit card company contracted them to lower my rate.  Since I work in the finance sector, I know this is bogus.  

    Called my credit card co. & was told it was a scam.  They would never contract with a 3rd party to handle clientele concerning such an issue.  Credit card co. advised me to call the telephone company.  My phone company explained that they are aware of these guys-there's another one claiming to extend your car warranty(BEWARE).  However, it is an overseas organization, routing thru US long distance phone companies, therefore the FTC can't get them (no juristriction overseas). They advised I contact my local Police since these guys target geographical areas.

    This morning I received a call but it didn't appear on my caller ID.  Turns out my caller ID has been erased back to 11/20 - all history of Consumer Services calls are GONE!  And my caller ID has been turned off somehow.  Called my phone company & now is a major security issue.  

    If you get a call from these people, immediately record their number, time of call & name of person if you can get it.  Please, report the call to your local police & file a complaint with the FTC (can be done on the internet). AND Please, do not give them any of your financial information.  Hope this helps.
