called saying they are investagation my assets

Called with a case number about a locked asset and for documentation of asset verification pending investigation

Called saying I owed money from a very old account.  Were going to summon me to court within next 24 hours.  Alot of threatening comments were made towards me.

Called saying they were "The Quadrant Group" and that I was a person of interest in an investigation for a person I know and I should call them back at 1-866-532-6086 to possibly clear my name from that list. They also gave me a case # and I think they said "Court" but I am not sure. They also said it was "Extremely extremely utterly important."

Called saying they were "The Quadrant Group" saying they were a Lawyer and gave case number. Stating I am to call the regarding an account.

Rcvd call from a Jay Coleman.  Very abrupt and wanting to speak to a person with the same last name but not first.  Acted as if I was not telling the truth.  There is more than 1 Miller in the state of LA.  Did not appreciate the attitude.

Rvcd call from Mr. Perryman.  He said he was investigating me and tried serving a summons to an old address and will next go to my place of employment.  Mentioned he was a lawyer and was abrupt.  Gave a case # and said it was urgent that I reply immediately.

Want to let all know that I just found out that the number that showed up on the Caller ID 716-210-1345 was a residential phone number.

This is definitely a collection agency.  My father is terminally ill with alzheimers and hadn't paid some of his past bills before he went into the assisted living facility.  A lady named Ms. Benjamin called saying she was an associate with a legal firm in our county and they have a case against my father in which they were going to summons an arrest of my ailing father.  Good luck with that lady!  Hospice has been called in and I am sure they won't let him see the light of the jail.  She also left a case number.  My husband called her back at her extension of #31.  He told her that she was just some collection agency after she went through her verbal dialogue.  She said, "Then why did you call me?"  He said, "Why did you call me?"  With that, my husband heard the sound of the click and dailtone.

These people are fraud. They do not have lawyers in there office. When I asked for the laws names they kept putting me on hold.

Said calling in regards to a case number. I Did not return call, sounds like a scam to me. The person calling did not clearly state their name (could not make it out) but VERY clearly stated case number and return telephone number. Caller ID Unknown name-unknown number

this company called my grandparents house,  and i havnt lived with them in 10 years,  but they have my married name,  told my grandfather  something about a hearing and i need to call them back,  and if i got pulled over for a traffic violation  i better be surprised if they dont put me in cuffs.

Mr. Palmer from the Quadrant Group left a VM that I was a "primary respondent" in complaint and that I should return his call at 866-532-6086 and gave me a case number.  I called and provided the case number and was transfered to Mr. Palmer.  He asked if he was speaking to "MY NAME" and asked if SSN ended in "XXXX".  My this was not my SSN.  He then verified the number where he originaly left the message for me.  He asked if anyone else by my name lived with me.  I responded "no".  He said he would update his records and said goodbye.

These people called my parents and left a message for me. I haven't lived there for over 13 years? If I have a legit debt, I would pay it, and my home phone is in the phone book, and you can get my address from any credit burau. Why would they call my parents if they are legit?

MY BROTHER RECEIVE A CALL ASKING TO SPEAK WITH ME, SAID I HAD A HUGH DEBT, WITH THID COMPANY, LEFT A CASE NO. AND THE NAME PERRY MANN, MY BROTHER LIVE IN SC. AND I LIVE IN TX FOR THE LAST 10YRS NEVER LIVE IN SC.

MY MOTHER RECEIVE A CALL YERSTERDAY ALSO, LEFT THE SAME MESSAGES IN SC. I GOOGLE THE TELEPONNE NO. AND THE MESSAGE BOARD POP-UP....SCAMMMM :)

Recieved a message on my machine today 11/7/07 regarding case # ------ that will be in Wayne County court soon, I haven't recieved anything from the court house so I think that Ms. Migs is working for one of many of my bill collectors.  I am in a debt conslodition sittuation and they say DON'T answer to the callers.  So I just googled the number and ended up here.

I have a Mr. Solerno calling from this #. He says that he is giving a courtesy call (yeah, right) about a legal case against me for stolen property. What some crap. He also called my parents and threatened them about some legal matter. If they have a REAL case AND my address, don't call. Send me the pink papers!!
