Is it true?   Can they summon us to court?

Do NOT give any information to these scumbags. I urge you to read about them on www.budhibbs.com. Look for "Agencies to avoid" and scroll down to their name. They have no authority to take you to court.

Caller identifies themselves as the "Quadrant Group" and states they are calling about an old account.  Caller is Mrs. Benajim and her comments are harrassing and threatening.

Same thing for me. There a debt collector and there brecking alot of laws the way there going about business. report to better business bureau.If we all do it they will get screwed

This number called my Grandparents house in another state. Which I have never live with and was very persistent in getting my contact information. My grandmother said she didn't know anyone by that name because they were calling about my maiden name and I have been married so I havent used that name in YEARS!! They kept insiting that is was urgent to get a hold "MY NAME" and kept trying to give her my social security number. I am going to call them blocking my number and use the reference number they left and see what kind of B.S. this is.

These people called and said I still owed on a payday loan of 3 years ago and said my checking account number and tracking number was lost,I told them they were crazy and i didnt owe them a dime, then he went on to say that he was a nice guy tonight and I only had to pay $280 and he would give me the whole month to pay or I could call back in the morning and talk to this other guy and he would want $325 and would want me to pay it now.I honestly dont know how these frauds can get away with what there doing.What can be done about this? Does any one have a answer?

This is definitly a scam...They get people maiden name of 10 years plus and then calls them to try to collect money is quite a rip off.  I checked it out and they are definely thievies

Ms. Benjamin called me as well as one of her associates and they were very rude and threatening! I hope someone catches these people and put them in the hall of SHAME!! They also called me private and from the phone # 716-210-1341. Please be aware these people are crazy!They even told me they would serve me court papers at my job!!

I got a phone call from 1-866-532-6086. Found out they are a scam. called saying that i needed to pay them from a old bill from sprint. Kind of made me wonder why i had service with sprint but no conflicts from the company saying there going to cancel my service or i owe money hmm. So i googled there number found out from several websites there a scam please dont give them any money. I found out this is a residential number 716-210-1345. I've been watching them for a week. p.s. im gonna get them.
