Scam parasite, don't answer.

It's from Anthem BCBS they left a msg saying to call them back .

Turned out to be company sponsored assistance program   i contacted my employer first, they confirmed it was legitimate

I did not get a caller ID off of this number it now on my block list since i think it a scam

Lady name LINDA called me and told me she is from Blue cross blue shield and start asking medical question

This is a BC/BS nurse case manager calling. I was in the hospital and had my appendix taken out a month ago so I assume that’s why they’re calling. My only issue is they are calling 1-2x a day. I’m suspicious as to why she wants to talk so bad. Just pay my claims and leave me alone?! If I need the nurse I’ll call her until then go away.

Caller claiming he was from Anthem. When I asked him what specific Anthem network he was with, he said that he didn’t understand the question. Employers negotiate with Anthem BCBS. He could tell me what area or who my employer is. He was very rude. SCAM!

I just received a call from this number while sitting at my laptop. Caller i.d. read "Toll Free Call". I just let it rang.

Caller ID was from the 866 number, but caller who stated her name as Trinity from Anthem’s personal health team (and mentioned my place of work) left a voicemail with a different 877 number.

It’s a nurse case manager from BC/BS. They started calling after my hospitalization in January. When I answered the call in January they wanted to help me with Rx’s, Dr appt’s, etc.....
Now they won’t stop calling me. This lady calls me constantly! I haven’t answered her calls since January and it’s almost October now and she is STILL calling me. Just stop! I’ll call you if I need to. Enough already.

They “know” you because it’s your medical insurance company

It would be helpful to all parties involved if you just answered once and told her that. I am sure she doesn't want to waste her time calling people that do not want her assistance either.

I believe this to be a legit call from Anthem BCBS through my job. The nurse calling said she’s with my “personal healthcare team” and they have some questions and want to help me. Then to call them back at a different number: 855-753-2149. Anyway I’m having a health emergency and have been on short term disability for a few months. Waiting for a procedure and doing PT in the meantime. I might call back, but know this: health insurance in America is literally a scam. They want to CASH your checks and pay as little as possible. Be careful what info you volunteer to your insurance company… because you ARE what information you volunteer to the insurance company. They might have resources, but there is always a profit motive with the reprehensible system we currently have. Insurance companies are rapacious mafia middle men standing between you and your care/Doctor.

My health insurance company - I know is not going to call me to collect info.  So I know this is a scam.
