I work at a hotel in Schofield, WI and had a guest contact this # for some reason thinking it was ours. A guy named Will answered and told them that the only opening in this area for the date they requested (nearly 6mths from now) was 1 hotel, and not ours. I googled the # and found this site. Kinda freaky!

The restaurant that was destroyed was attached to the hotel, which suffered quite a bit of damage itself, but the hotel seems to have survived.

Back to the original subject matter, I would presume from my research that if you make an on-line discount reservation for a hotel, you may get a call-back from a number that depends upon the on-line reservation service rather than the hotel itself.  But this fact probably shouldn't be too surprising, given that it probably would be the case with any travel agent you might go through.
