    I don't answer calls from toll free numbers or numbers I don't recognize, and I will not pick up if they don't start to leave a message.  I am on the National Do Not Call list and the Florida Do Not Call list and I seem to get more calls now than ever.  If they don't think it is important to leave a message then it is not important for me to answer or call them back.  If I want to buy something, support something, or donate something, I will do it at my own initiation.  I don't need people calling me to solicit anything.
