Caller says they are looking for someone, then identifies themselves as being part of BC Statistics and a local University.
The caller ID says BC STATS but the return number to contact them at is 866 539 7835.   This is Long Distance and BC Stats organization would NOT be using this type of number to call locally for surveys.   Suspected scam or phishing for info.

These calls are being conducted by Advanis. We are conducting a study on behalf of BC Stats, the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills and Training, and participating B.C. post-secondary institutions. We assure you the survey is legitimate, and if you have any concerns you can go to the BC Stats website to confirm the validity of the research.

The only current "educational experience" survey is the "Baccalaureate Graduates Survey"
