I also have been trying to reach this person Patrick Scott on several occasions. I have emailed and called on several occasions . Line is busy or goes dead even have printed out paper. I have came to conclusion this is a scam.

definitely a scam. Got an email from catherine lipsher and went through the same [***] as you guys. don't know what the scam is but definitely reporting the company.

Post as much information about the scammer as possible with details.  that way other targeted individuals can do internet searches and see the results before they give SSNs and DOBs to a criminal.  Call your local police about it and get a report number.

This guy is like a weed.  Every time I look he is creating a new name and paying for a new domain with DreamHost.com.

I have also been dealing with Patrick Scott over the last 8 or 9 months with the same results as everyone else. But, I think I have the scam figured out. If you notice, the advertising on each one of the pages you go to for his online scheduler is different and sometimes even different when you go to the page back to back. They get paid by the advertisers every time someone goes to that page and sees one of those ads. It doesn't matter if you click on one of the ads or download anything or not except that they may get paid a little more it that happens. It's a shame people have to prey on others like us, some of which desperately need the jobs they are offering.

It looks like most of this scammer's domains have expired but he is starting with some new ones.  Here is the latest one he created:
