I received a voice mail from an unknown number saying that they received an order for me to appear in court the person said I had a legal right to contact the plaintiff at 866 551 4487 ext 101 their legal dept. failure to comply would result in officals being sent to my place  of employment or residence. when I called the number the person said charges were being filed against me for a payday loan from two years ago but if I wanted to pay them 906.00 they would consider dropping the charges. I told them that I filed bankruptcy and he said you can't file bankruptcy on charges I called my bankruptcy attorney and they said it is a scare tactic. that I am protected under the bankruptcy code.

This is a common scam these days. Your lawyer is correct. The people who called you probably don't even have anything to do with anyone you ever really owed money to.
