Female Tony from "Enrollments," following up to see if I had signed the Milberg, et al. attorney-client retainer agreement in order to pursue a Camp Lejeune toxic water claim. She said the Consumer Enrollments Center address is 2110 W Walnut Hill Lane, Irving TX 75038 or Dallas TX 75206.

Today Tony said Consumer Enrollments is located in San Diego, CA but refused an address, as well as the true name of the entity she works for. Not surprised that the CA SOS business lookup has no listing for Consumer Enrollments.  She also does not have a written DNC policy available on demand to mail out, basically unaware that the written policy is a regulation in the CFR connected to 47 USC 227. She said the lawyers will sue persons presenting a false claim for Camp Lejeune, but didn't want to follow the Telemarketing Sale Rule requirements about giving out an address and true business name.

Several months ago Reuters ran an article about how Camp Lejeune mass tort law firms are getting sued under the TCPA after these same firms have filed TCPA consumer class action suits in past years. With $21B in play to cover toxic water claims, a few $M here or there is a minor cost of doing business. Reuters also mentioned that at least $135M had been spent on Camp Lejeune advertising as of summer 2023. Virtually every retainer I've been emailed calls for a 40% contingency fee + costs. Most retainer agreements for Camp Lejeune, as well as the retainers for auto accidents from Accident Claim Helpline, contain a mandatory binding arbitration agreement should the consumer have a legal malpractice claim, for example. There's obviously a reason why attorney Eric Troutman at TCPAWorld[dot]com advises his clients to have mandatory arb clauses.

If that were true then there would have to be a suite number or some other way to designate which floor and office they are in.
