Some lady called asking for me and she gave me a number to call with a claim #. I called back but it's some Ryan Simmons vm asking for your name, number , claim #, and that he will contact you soon. I have no clue Who or What it's about. She didn't even give me her name nor the name of the company. And that they would be at my residence on Friday to sign some paper work.

This sounds like your typical collection agency tactic.  You possibly have an old debt that has been sold to a collection agency.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the claim being placed against you, I recommend you contact the claim. It's Office directly at (866) 552-8608. And you've also reference your Claim Number, ##### again this upcoming Tuesday. I will be by your residence or your place of employment  between about noon and 5. Unless a stop order is received. You have been notified"

ONLY A COURT APPOINTED COURIER OR THE COUNTY SHERIFF WOULD BE SERVING ANY LEGAL DOCUMENTS. If anyone else delivers any type of document, then you should get their ID and report them to your local authorities

Sounds like Michelle Black changed her name. She sounds like she's from Minnesota.

"..a request for you to sign for a notice of Intent to appear court.." Again the scammers use some vague, out of context, legal sounding goop. Sounds great, but means nothing. The process server will NEVER call you first, they show up at the door. Also, a phone call, email, or text is not a "notified". Remember that all court cases are a matter of public record. A quick phone call to your City or State would tell you if there is a pending court case. Many States put this on their web pages.
