This is a number used by Telus representative to return call requesting support return call rather than holding.
Great option. Nice not to sit on hold for extended period.
 No issues here. Was legitimate call return requested.

Very persistent caller with heavy accent.  Asked to speak to household member who was told he was at work.  Insisted it was very important he speak with this individual and asked for his work number.   I asked what the call was about so I could pass on a message and a return number but the caller persisted in asking to speak to the person whom he was already told was not at home.  I finally told him I was going to hang up and did so.
