Firstly received a call from someone claiming to be a process server, saying that that had documents to be served but i could call the company GF Group and make arragements to stop the service.  Just to have some fun called the number and spoke with a Victor Alexander, who said that they have a file and I owe some crazy amount of money and wanted my debit or credit card number to make arrangement and the papers would not be delivered.  The address given does not exist!!!  Scam Scam Scam - Firstly what process server ever calls you first!

Called today from a private number.  Told me I had to call back directly to this person.  Could hear her typing in the back ground to obtain my reference number.  She didn't even know her own phone number as it sounded like she had to look it up or was reading it off a card.   Claimed she was calling about a claim that was put with her office.

someone from this number called me at my place of employment and first divulge my information to my coworker and then asked to speak to me and I asked the caller to please identified herself she stated her name Terra Foster from Greater Financial and she will be serving be court paperwork I am being sued for an account of 2004 unless I resolved the matter with her now she will be serving with me paperwork at my place of employment and calling department of human resources to have my  wages garnished

Typical scam to scare you into paying them money (extortion)  Divulging information to your coworker was an FDCPA violation.  Process servers do not call ahead, that would defeat the surprise and give the person time to dodge them.

No doubt she claimed you could avoid service by calling another number and then if you had talked to them, they would have asked for money.

got a call to my place of employment asking to speak to my supervisor . that they need to serve me papers if it was ok and if i was her. this is the second time last time was about almost a year ago. lady named betty from legal claim services. givng a case number n number to call back 866-588-3516. the call before claiming i had a warrent if i paid today they would arrest me n clear it

i got the exact same call to my work. same name betty from legal claims. about 2 weeks ago. called 2 days ago from same number but now they gs group. a coworker told them she knew it was a scam calling to feel free to come in so we can have them thrown out of here with the cops. they got loud n rude.

got a call from a lady her name was paris told me she was with the d.a office advice i was being sued. i just hung up.

This same person just call my work place asking to talk to H R My boss talk to this person told her they had a case against me.  The person gave my boss the number and case number to give it to me so i can call.

This lady Paris I spoke with called my brother and gave him a bogus case number. I called and reamed her a new one that I was going to report her to the bbb and hung up

Same thing happen to me.

I received a no called id, it was a man telling me that he is going to serve me a paper and that I owed money from orchard bank or formerly household bank and that I owed it in 2008. And etc that I am being sued . And I asked what it is for? He said let me transfer your call. Said it was pre litigation. So the female did not catch her name said that I was making payment and I stopped doing in 2011. She got on my Erbe and I just hung up the phone.
