recording to call them no details left on machine

I called this company back after nearly 3 weeks of receiving the same message repeatedly.  They wanted personal information and would not tell me the name of the company or why they were calling.  I don't know who or what they are, but I'd be careful.  Seemed like a scam to me when they call your home and won't say anything about who or what they are.  Ultimately, I never found out, and the woman got rude to me.

Just got call from this number they left the message didn't say who they were.  The guy mentioned this number 5 times in the message and said it was very important that we call them.  He also said the call wasn't from telemarketer.  Not planning on calling them back.

Called them back and they were looking for a specific person, they claim they'll take me off their list being as I'm not the person they're looking for.

I keep recieving calls from this # as well, there is a message left stating it's not a sales or telemarketing call but they need to speak w/ me....I've even called back,both #'s no ID at all if I call the 704# and it just rings a few times then an automated recording states someone will be with me shortly but no one has ever answered. When I call the 866-558-5106 # that they left on my VM, still no answer but goes to a vm, this time I left a message stating for them not to call me anymore and remove me from their list .....Do I need to report this # and to who?

Leaves multiple messages per week claiming to be "The Outsource Group on behalf of UNC Health Care". When I try to call back, I always get a voicemail saying leave my info and someone will call back. I don't leave any info, I don't know who these people even are and we have never received any services through UNC Health Care. Little bit of googling suggests this may be a scam.

I get this call every day to a phone which I rarely use and a bill collector or hospital would never have that number.  It says this is Carrillon with a courtesy call on behalf of UNC Hospitals.  When I call the number back, no one answers, the phone does not even ring.  I'll be blocking this number.
