It is a Panasonic Customer Care and the others who have responded with information are correct - they don't answer when you call back and they rarely leave a message.  When they do, they leave another number to call back.  
866 374-4437.   If Panasonic has information that you need to have, they would have mailed it to you or sent an email.

Left a message regarding my LG refrigerator. Call back number different. Selling extended warranties I suspect.

18665589379 kept calling at 11:00 pm. claiming to be from LG saying they had important information about my LG product. They left a message telling me to call 18558190104, After several weeks I called. Someone answered immediately which should have been my first warning. Normally legitimate companies route you through several menus and ask if you speak Spanish. The operator asked me to confirm my name and phone number. He said he couldn't find my information and asked for my zip code. That must have been the information they wanted. Soon after I got a fraud alert from my credit card company. Luckily they tried charging too much and had the wrong expiration so the charge was denied. They must have stole my number and didn't know where I was currenty living and needed to confirm.

My suggestion, don't call back.

Panasonic Customer Care was calling to see if I would like an extended warranty.
