    Keep calling me saying I'm going to be severed and have also been calling a couple of family members saying same thing about me.. but they are using my ex husband's last name and I have not been that in 5 years.

    Received calls from both Richard Alexander  and Megan Stovall. .same con as others expressed here.  They used a merchant I had already paid so the name would sound familiar.
    Don't be fooled.  They  are threatening  court and law suits complete with docket numbers.

    It seems this outfit is in North Carolina.  Both names have been dissolved by the state so using the LLC designation is illegal.
