Another scam call!

called today claiming to be shaw customer service and hang up

this # called, I was expecting one from oneone. I asked who it was . South Asian man answered he was from Shaw doing survey on service. He wanted to verify my phone #. I said you called me and then I asked where is located. He promptly hung up.

Caller identified themselves from Shaw and had basic info about me and was trying to upsell, hung up mid call

Message reportedly from Shaw left on my answering machine.  I could not understand the message due to heavy accent of the caller but gather it had something to do with upgrading my service.  She asked me to call 1-866-574-2537 back.  Think I will block the number although I am happy with their service.

This # called me at 5:30. I never answer toll free #’s

You thought that people needed to know that you "never answer toll free #’s"?  Why?

Man with accent called, saying he was with Shaw. I receive calls from Shaw when my contract is about to expire, so I didn’t question it. Guy asked questions and offered me a new internet plan. Told him I would think about it. Glad I looked up the number.

Not sure if it's the same number, but a few months ago  I got a 866 call from some clown with an Indian accent who said he was from Shaw, trying to get personal info.

Scammer proclaims to be from Shaw cable. Don't know what they are trying to accomplish so be careful and just hang up.

Caller left a message that he was from Rogers and wanted to improve users’ experience.

Scammer claiming to be calling from Shaw

I answered the call and said my name.  I said yes that's me, speaking and said just a second and hung up.

Called mid afternoon. Mar 14. No breathing or reply till I spoke. Scam-language. hung up before i said anything else

Spam call. Blocked it.
